LAMO Deputy Meets with Minister of Industry and Commerce

The Deputy of Look-out Afghanistan Market Organization (LAMO) met with Mr. Nooruddin Azizi, Minister of Industry and Commerce, at the ministry’s headquarters to discuss key trade and economic issues as well as LAMO’s Afghanistan 10 Best Brand (A10BB) program. During the meeting, held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Afghanistan, the two sides discussed a range of trade and economic issues and exchanged views on matters of mutual interest. The LAMO Deputy highlighted a number of important trade-related issues and introduced the organization’s flagship Afghanistan 10 Best Brand (A10BB) program, providing the Minister with relevant information about its objectives and implementation process. Focusing on standardizing products and services, improving the Afghan market, and promoting healthy competition among investors, the LAMO Deputy described the Afghanistan 10 Best Brand (A10BB) program as an effective approach toward achieving these objectives. The LAMO Deputy also emphasized that standardizing products and services and improving the market require cooperation and coordination among all relevant government institutions and stakeholders involved in Afghanistan’s private sector. He called for the Ministry of Industry and Commerce’s comprehensive cooperation in this regard.
