Abdul Wahab Hanifi is a finance, accounting, and business management professional and academic researcher with more than 13 years of experience across private and public sectors in Afghanistan and overseas. His professional and academic interests focus on finance, accounting, business, leadership and management, teaching, and research. Mr. Hanifi is currently pursuing a PhD in Finance at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Prior to his doctoral studies, he completed a master’s degree in accounting and finance at UPM and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kabul University. His academic background has provided him with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and business management. Over the course of more than 13 years of professional experience, Mr. Hanifi has worked across various private and public-sector environments in Afghanistan and overseas. This diverse professional background has strengthened his practical understanding of organizational management, business operations, financial affairs, and leadership. His areas of expertise include finance, accounting, business, leadership and management, university lecturing, and research. Alongside his professional activities, he has maintained a strong commitment to academic development and research, continuing his doctoral studies with a focus on advancing his expertise in the field of finance.
